Sweet Jalapeno Relish:

Use on Baked Potatoes.
Over cream cheese for a Dip.
Use as a Glaze for Ham, right out of the Jar.
Veggie Dip - Mix relish with Sour Cream, serve with your favorite veggies.
Cheese Ball - Mix our relish with Cream Cheese, make a ball, roll the ball in nuts, and then chill. Serve with crackers.
Pin Wheels - Mix relish with cream cheese, spread onto flour tortillas, roll up and slice into 1/2 inch wide wheels. Serve alone or with a little hot sauce on the side.
Excellent on sandwiches.
Add it to Deviled Eggs.
On Nachos.

It is wonderful in tuna salad, macaroni and potato salads and even in egg salad.
Put it on a tossed salad alone or with your favorite dressing.
Alberto’s Sweet Jalapeno Relish goes great with pork, chicken, seafood or beef. It is good on turkey sandwiches and hamburgers. It is the perfect topping for a hot dog.
Mix with sour cream for a refreshing vegetable dip. It can also be added to cottage cheese.
Use it as a salsa on your nachos or better yet, eat it with tortilla chips.

Great on Baked Potatoes.
Eat on chips - heat in Microwave (remove lid) or cold right out of the jar.
Patty Melt - pour Queso over your favorite sandwich to make a wonderful patty melt.
Enchiladas - spoon Queso onto a corn tortilla or use with seasoned ground beef or chicken, roll up, cover with queso, heat in oven at 300 degrees for 30 minute or heat in microwave until done.
Use on Taco Salad.

Corn Bread, mix your favorite batter, pour a little into cups, spoon jelly into center of each cup, fill with remaining batter, bake as directed.
It's also good on biscuits.
Makes a great dip for Jalapeno Poppers.
Use on toast, it's jelly ya know!

Jalapeno Stuffed Olives

Use in your martini. Slice up on your sandwich, hoagie or pizza.
Add a couple to your beer and make a poor man's martini.
Some think our olives are best when eaten alone.

Add to sour cream and a pinch of garlic for chip dip.
