Sometimes you just have to improvise… The grocery store was out of stock on my usual Peach Cobbler ingredients so I created a Peach Cobbler with a twist – it was excellent!
Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray
Spread about a half a jar of Alberto’s Peach Jalapeno Jam (use more if you like) on the bottom of the baking dish.
Spread a can of Peach Pie Filling
Spread a small can of sliced peaches
Spread a box of yellow cake mix (not prepared, just the powder)
Top with an 8 oz. package of Chopped Hazelnuts
Melt a stick of butter and pour over
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes until golden brown
Delicious alone or with vanilla ice cream
